VW campervan 1.9 diesel 800 TD special 1997 by Euro Motor Campers Ltd. in Paisley, Renfrewshire for sale

The van is a VW T4 1997 1.9 diesel fitted out by Euro motor campers Ltd. a company which I've been unable to find on t'internet so assume it has folded at some point in the last 16 years. I have original invoices from the company and photos taken when the conversion was being done and service records and MOT certificates to verify its history. I have had the van since October 2010 and have had no issues with it apart from replacement items picked up at service intervals. The odometer shows about 32,000 but it had the instrument cluster replaced by a previous owner at 102,000 and this is noted in the service history so the true mileage is about 134,000. Tyres are all good and, because it has been serviced regularly, the engine runs well and the timing belt has been changed twice (73k and 118k). The current MOT expires on 8th August 2015. the conversion was a two berth set up when new (I have the original brochure for the conversion) but I have created an upper berth where my two grand daughters would sleep when we were away. You can see the slatted wood and mattress set up in the photos. I am including a Reimo awning which also has an internal sleeping tent. There is also a Porta Potti in the van ( useful for night time needs). It is equipped with onboard waste and fresh water tanks, three way fridge, three ring hob with grill, sink with electric pump, thermostatically controlled Propex warm air heating, leisure battery and power management system for on site electric hook up. There are a couple of small bits of rust on the bottom of seams and the corner of the drivers door window but these are fairly insignificant. I have the van serviced at the local VW Centre and have built up a good working relationship with the engineers there over the years with this and other vehicles and they have remarked in the past how sound the vehicle is.
